1989 Porsche 951  VIN WP0AA2954KN150520  Alpine White, Burgandy

I purchased this car from the original owner in June 2005. He had purchased the car new for his 50th birthday present. All services books and records are included.

I immediately took it to my Porsche tech for timing belt/roller/water pump service.  Timing belt tension was checked shortly thereafter.

I also upgraded the mirrors and door handles.  Except for that, the car is completed stock.  I did add a KLA strut brace as well.  New tires and battery.  The car needs absolutely nothing.  Garage kept since new.  54K miles.  All service records. Never chipped, tracked, abused, driven by a punk kid, et cetera.

The only paintwork on the car is an area on the left front 1/4 panel from a garage ding, clean repair that was done probably 10 years ago.

The interstate battery was replaced less than a year ago and I use a battery maintainer on it.

I ordered custom coco mats for the front, see photo.

I installed KLA cabin air filters for the HVAC.

I installed upgraded metal valve stems when I replaced the tires.

I do have the original mirrors/door handles.

The clutch was replaced by the previous owner between 42k (RO prior) and 45k (RO after)....I am interpolating...the actual RO does not have the exact mileage...but I do have all service records/receipts to prove everything.

There is no excessive wear on any part of the interior, except the gear shift knob.  Also, there is a bulls eye on the windshield that has been repaired.  The previous owner did not wish to have the windshield replaced...further insight as to how he approached things...every thing original.

As for the radio....I have every piece of the original stereo...in a box.  I have replaced it with a new Sony CD.  The original system can be easily installed, however the stereo control head doesn’t work well.  I also purchased the keeper tray that fits below the stereo when the equalizer is removed, to keep the factory appearance when the new CD player was installed. I also added an additional power accessory plug hidden in the tray for use in addition to the dash plug.

Other upgrades:

Rear fog light with factory switch...wiring looks factory, professionally installed

Front Euro fog lights with additional factory switch...wiring looks factory, professionally installed

New Avon Tech M500.tires installed..

Blend door clip was replaced on the HVAC, everything works well

Brake fluid flushed at the major service, 51,714 miles, June 2005....the car currently has 54150 miles. I have driven it around my neighborhood about once a month for the last year....the car had 54,040 miles on it when the timing belt re-adjustment was done in September 2005.

I also replaced the headlights with Hella H-4 conversion kit at that time.

All lighting changes have been properly done by the Porsche manual....relays, wiring routing, et cetera.
